Putting the "fun" in fund-raising, Kids For Wish Kids and Wishmakers on Campus offers youngsters a unique opportunity to raise money for some very special children - Make-A-Wish kids. With the assistance of parents and teachers, “Kids for Wish Kids” provides students with the opportunity to be creative and develop fundraisers for their school in order to grant the wish of a child in their community.

You can make Regional Park in Miramar your personal "Field of Wishes" by participating in a softball tournament on Saturday, January 26 to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. On November 10, the InterContinental Miami and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida celebrated their annual fundraiser, the 13th Annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball. This year, the ball raised a record $1.5 million for South Florida’s children, besting last year’s amount by more than $850,000. Guests of the evening enjoyed a Hollywood themed gala dinner, a musical performance by Natalie Cole and an extravagant live auction emceed by Hollywood actress and philanthropist Sharon Stone.
