The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida relies on contributions from individuals and corporations as a major source of revenue. You can help make wishes come true by making a cash donation directly to the Foundation. You may also choose to donate in someone else's name as a way to commemorate their birthday, anniversary or graduation, or remember someone who has passed away.

There are also a number of giving programs (listed below) in which you can help make children's wishes come true. Click on the links to learn more about the different ways to give.

The Adopt-A-Wish® Program provides individuals, corporations and community groups with the opportunity to sponsor a child's wish and share in the Make-A-Wish magic. You can be a Wish Sponsor for a contribution of $5,000 and underwrite a child's entire wish. For a contribution of $2,500, you will be a Wish Partner and your funding will be coupled with another donor's contribution to provide a wish come true.

The Monthly Giving Club allows you to make a difference in the lives of these children - without writing checks or mailing envelopes. Once you sign up, there is nothing else for you to do. Your contributions will continue to be transferred on a regular basis until you decide to suspend your participation. Your tax-deductible contribution will show up each month on your credit card statement, which will serve as your receipt.

Most of the major airlines have now made it incredibly easy for their customers to donate unused frequent flyer miles. The Make-A-Wish Foundation is currently collaborating with airlines that allow their customers to donate unused miles, which in return has saved the Foundation millions of dollars. Thanks to these airlines and their loyal customers, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has been able to send thousands of kids and their families on trips that they'll never forget!

You’ve heard (probably more times than you can count!) about how important it is to have a last will and testament--and maybe you already have one. Your will gives you the opportunity to transfer the values that are important to you. And one of the best ways to leave a legacy like this is to make charitable bequests in your will. Remembering the Make-A-Wish Foundation in your will is a fitting testimony of your belief in our mission.

The Make-A-Wish Cornerstone Society provides caring individuals the opportunity to know that they personally have made wishes come true. By making a five-year pledge, you will help to ensure that the magic of the Make-A-Wish Foundation will continue.

In 1992, 17-year-old Jill Johns wanted to meet the person that took her out of her reality and made her laugh every night - late night talk show host Arsenio Hall. With the help of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, her dream became reality. Now 32 years old, married and a successful realtor, Jill is giving back to the Foundation through her volunteer experiences - and she is donating 5% of the net sales of her closings to the Southern Florida chapter - completing the full circle of wish child to volunteer to donor.
